I have a degree in materials engineering at Polytechnic School of Sao Paulo University (USP) and I am an MBA graduated professional with a Marketing specialization at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). This training has guided my career and the development of the areas that I worked for.
Throughout my experience, I've been helping startups and large companies to scale their business results through digital solutions. Always based on analytical knowledge, marketing science, management and digital products.
My last experiences were in the positions such as CMO, Ecommerce VP and Business Director, achieving growth up to 72% per year and revenues above R$1 Billion (BRL). I also teach Analytical Methods, Digital Marketing and E-commerce Management at some Brazilian institutions such as Sao Paulo University, Mackenzie University, Sao Paulo Digital School and WIS Education.
I worked at companies such as Natura Cosméticos in the Business Intelligence and Demand Planning departments, at Netshoes in the CRM and DBM areas, at J. Walter Thompson marketing agency and FastShop Ecommerce, in addition to having participated in digitalization projects in large retail chains and development of digital startups as a consultant.
Beyond people management and the recognition of team development, my experience includes commercial and marketing planning, implementing BI systems, cluster analysis, market research, implementing KPIs and forecasting sales in the retail market.
I know the main e-commerce and digital marketing solutions, business intelligence implementation, different programming languages (HTML, SQL) and MS Office package (especially Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables and VBA programming). Specifically, I´m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) heavy user, the platform that I implemented 4 times in different operations.
