I’m an education leader and strategic advisor with 19 years of experience driving large-scale change across K–12 systems, nonprofits, and consulting environments. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, implementation, and relationships—helping organizations move from vision to results.
Across roles, I’ve partnered with district and school leaders to implement curriculum, assessment, and professional learning at scale, supporting hundreds of schools and serving more than 500,000 students. I’ve led initiatives that delivered measurable outcomes, including industry-leading renewal rates, top regional revenue growth, multimillion-dollar district contracts, and significant gains in student achievement.
As a senior advisor and consultant, I’ve launched cross-sector programs that bring together government, education, and organizational leadership—most recently designing and leading a professional learning initiative in partnership with the Naval Strategic Systems Program, earning 100% high-relevance ratings from participants. My strengths include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and guiding teams through complex transitions, including systemwide shifts to remote learning.
I began my career as a classroom teacher and instructional coach, which continues to ground my leadership in strong pedagogy, adult learning, and equity-centered practice. I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education Leadership and Administration and remain deeply motivated by work that strengthens systems, develops leaders, and improves outcomes for students and educators.More...
