Most of my career has been about building the platform underneath the product: the team structure that makes delivery consistent, the architecture decisions that hold up as organizations scale, and the governance work that never makes the highlight reel but matters more than almost anything else. I started as a hands-on .NET and Sitecore architect and grew into leading the organizations that build those systems, and that technical foundation still shapes how I think even now that most of my focus has shifted to strategy and people.
I've led director-level platform and digital experience organizations across consumer CPG, restaurant brands, and global B2B, managing 10+ direct reports and up to 70 extended partners across approximately $5M in annual delivery. At Kimberly-Clark, I spent nearly 6 years across two roles building out the North America digital experience and the global KC Professional platform. I led a 70+ site consolidation to a unified global domain delivered across 44 languages and built the business case for a company-wide headless CMS migration of approximately 300 websites globally, projecting $1.3M in annual savings. Championing GitHub Copilot adoption delivered 20% developer productivity gains, and team restructuring drove $0.9M in annual cost savings. Throughout, I hired and developed teams at every level, mentoring managers, architects, and product leaders whose careers I've watched grow.
I founded Women of Sitecore, a community for women in the Sitecore development world, because we were underrepresented and there was no space for us. It grew beyond what I expected, and it's still one of the things I'm most proud of.
Outside of work, you'll find me in the garden, at a hockey rink, down a rabbit hole on agentic AI workflows, or slowly automating the garden in a way that is either a fun side project or a sign I can't fully turn off the product brain.
