I'm Andrea L Richards the CEO of a multi-award-winning, modern and digital Accountancy Practice - Accounts Navigator. We work for clients both locally, nationwide and globally. For the last 23 years I have Partnered with individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses to take control of their finance function to maximise their profit and minimise their tax and help grow their business using my specialty; Management Accounts and my 34 years of accounting and business experience, so all my clients understand their figures to make wise and fruitful business decisions.
My 2nd business is Eccoux (pronounced “Echo”). This is an accounting outsourcing company to other sole accountants or small/medium sized accountancy practices. Our white-label, back-office services enable practices to leave compliance and tax work to us, so they can spend time growing their company or delivering advisory services to their clientele. We also outsource accounting teams to businesses on a monthly rate.

In 2023 I have had the honour to Co-Author a book called “Fab Collab” about how Women Create Success through Collaboration and have also contributed a chapter on Accountancy and Finance in two other books “Rich Forever - What They DIDN’T Teach You About Money, Finance & Investments in School” by Bianca Miller-Cole & Dr Byron Cole, plus another book “She Can Prosper” by Diane Watson. I also have the pleasure of being the 2024 and 2025 Columnist for “Brand You Magazine” as their Accountancy and Business expert.
2024 saw the launch of my Finance Mentoring, teaching individuals via group or 121 sessions in the discipline of managing their personal and business finances to achieve financial freedom.More...
