organisations thrive. Making quick, correct and data-driven people decisions, is critical to business growth,
engagement and long-term sustainability.
My vision has always been to create workplaces where individuals feel significant, inspired and enabled to contribute
meaningfully. I have worked across the full talent management lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to datacentred
onboarding, employee engagement, developing and growing people, culture shifts and gaining core insight,
when people finally exit. My approach is rooted in up-to-date theory, measurement and insight—because real
change begins with understanding.
I bring transformational expertise in psychometric assessments, competency profiling, job analysis, job profiling,
assessment and development centres, leadership development, 360-degree evaluations and feedback, competency
design, employee engagement, individual and leadership coaching, training design & facilitation, culture
measurement and transformation, talent audits, strategic talent initiatives and data centred exiting. But beyond the
technical skills, I am passionate about shaping organisations where people are energised by their work, where
leadership is inspiring and where culture is intentionally designed to align with business objectives.
