I am a 36-year veteran of Central Banking having served in that period at various arms of the Central Bank of Nigeria including years as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Governor responsible, at various times, for Operations, Corporate Services and Financial System Stability. At the International level, I served as an Intern Economist at the World Bank in Washington DC in the Bank's South Asia Desk. My years at the CBN ended with an 11-year duty tour as a certified Bank Examiner. Following my mandatory retirement after 36 years of meritorious service, I established a CBN-Licensed International Money Transfers Operator (IMTO) Company, E-2-E Pay Ltd, which operates till date.
