My career has focused on taking early-stage ideas or functions and turning them into high-performing, scalable operations.
I started as the first employee at a fashion tech startup, working closely with the founder to launch and grow the business through multiple investment rounds. Over five years, I led marketing across social, influencer, CRM and SEO, built brand partnerships, and supported the transition from a B2C platform into a B2B SaaS model, also advising other rental businesses on how to launch and scale.
I then moved into a Head of Commercial role within a luxury fashion and hospitality brand, where I built the commercial function from scratch, leading sales, marketing and brand strategy across global hotel clients.
Most recently, as Chief People Officer at a leading real estate company in Dubai, I built and scaled the People function for a business of 1,000+ employees, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, employer brand and people strategy, with a strong focus on performance, retention and growth.
