I came into this work because I've always been someone who notices things: deeply. Patterns, opportunities, the story underneath the story.
Nine years in communications has sharpened that instinct, but it was always there.
My career has taken me from London agencies to living and working independently in Costa Rica for two years, managing US and European clients while building a life that felt genuinely mine. Location freedom isn't something I'm working towards, it's how I already operate.
I specialise in PR, copywriting and content strategy for founders and purpose-led brands. I believe the most powerful thing a brand can do is tell the truth well. That means finding the angle that opens a meaningful conversation, translating complex ideas into language that feels human, and helping clients find the version of their story they can own completely.
I've worked with University spinouts, high-growth startups and established international businesses, securing coverage across national, broadcast and trade media and leading communications for landmark moments including a Royal visit from King Charles III.
Alongside the consultancy work, I write and create. Poetry, essays and video content that come from my lived experience. That practice informs everything: an intimate relationship to language, patience with a narrative, an instinct for what resonates. The two sides of what I do are not separate. They come from the same place.

I'm also learning Spanish and building a poetry series called Poem and Polaroid. I continuously challenge myself in all aspects of my life and that's exactly how I like it.
