Eliana Gómez, social innovation leader, business administrator and Master’s graduate in Social Inclusion and Disability, with over 13 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion across education, research and consulting. Her work is deeply informed by lived experience through her brother Felipe, an artist with Down syndrome, which shaped her commitment to building more inclusive and human-centered systems.
