Rebeca Saavedra is a filmmaker, photographer, and writer based in Barcelona. Her work moves between documentary, fiction, and experimental forms, often exploring memory, identity, and the emotional layers of everyday life.
She has directed short films selected and awarded at international festivals, and works across photography—both digital and analog—as well as microphotography.
With a background in philosophy and film direction, her approach combines visual sensitivity with conceptual depth. Alongside her audiovisual work, she is the author of the poetry book Nunca está de más.
