Hi, I’m Brandie, a Navy veteran and former Seabee turned entrepreneur. I own and operate Kindred Spirit Ranch Services LLC, a small construction company based in Moulton, Texas. With a passion for building things—both in construction and in business—I’m dedicated to delivering quality projects while continuously optimizing processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
I bring my military discipline and hands-on experience to every project, balancing strategic thinking with a get-it-done attitude. As a process improvement enthusiast, I specialize in project management, task tracking, and streamlining workflows. I’m skilled at implementing tools like Monday.com, leading team collaboration efforts, and improving systems like payroll and deadline tracking.
Outside of work, I’m a ranch owner, roller hockey player, hunter, and fisher. I’m also a proud mom to my 8-year-old daughter, Cadence, who keeps me busy with her love for rodeo.
