The KONE company is where I started working as an elevator service technician,
while studying at the Dutch Elevator Institute.
After 3 years I changed jobs in Solving problems and working on projects
big.
Like the “Rembrandt” Tower in Amsterdam and the largest projects in the country.
In 1992 KONE bought a large Dutch elevator company "Starlift"
Suddenly, there was more need for training and support than before on KONE products.
At that time Starlift had 250 service technicians for about 17,000 elevators.
KONE only 12 service technicians for about 1,300 elevators.
Together with the head of maintenance and service we have made a plan so that the service technicians and
Starlift company maintenance, learn about KONE products.
KONE used more modern technology.
Also train various service technicians in their respective region and at the Training Center on
which I install in the Starlift office in The Hague.
Being good service technicians will become Technical Specialists, who will thus train in
their respective region.
This was a very grateful job to do.
Now I also investigate elevator accidents.
I also help building managers with quotes they receive from elevator companies.
I am very flexible and can work for anything, not just in the elevator industry. Kind regards MarcelMore...
