Most recently I have been the CFO/Controller of a government contracting company with responsibility for all financial functions including accounting, tax, pricing, treasury, and planning. Previously, I have been CFO for both a publicly traded, small cap, company and a privately held manufacturing company.
Historically I have had management responsibilities in the finance organizations of global companies including Intel, Nestle, and ARCO. My experience ranges from cost accounting to treasury with heavy emphasis on strategic planning, and M&A. Additionally, I have had deep compliance responsibility including SEC reporting, GAAP management, and DCAA, FAR, and DFARs compliance as well as management of outside audit, legal, and risk providers.
I have also provided consulting services to companies including buy and sell side valuation analysis, evaluation of accounting operations, controllership services, due diligence, reporting and analysis, and strategic planning.
