I am a business developer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail, and international events.
I started my professional career at the age of 18, working in a family business focused on leasing commercial spaces. This early experience gave me a strong foundation in negotiations, client relations, and understanding how commercial environments function from both an operational and financial perspective.
In 2016, I founded my own company and built a team to create and develop international design trade fairs in Warsaw. I led the project from concept to execution — defining the strategic vision, building the exhibitor and partner offer, managing B2B sales, and scaling the event to an international level.
By 2019, the event had grown into one of the largest design fairs in Central and Eastern Europe, reaching:
• over 600 exhibitors
• approximately 60,000 visitors at its peak edition
Exhibitors included globally recognized premium design brands such as Magis, Kartell, and Moroso, participating directly with their official representations.
I was responsible for the full scope of the business: strategy, international partnerships, sales, marketing communication, production, budgeting, and team management.
