I have practiced law for twenty five years generally as a solo practitioner or managing partner. My main focus is on criminal defense in state and federal court though those skills are applicable to other fields of law. I have handled cases all the way up to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. I have handled case management, case analysis, legal analysis, case strategy, developing mitigation materials and information, trial motions, trial preparation, trial and post conviction work. This includes drafting and arguing appellate arguments in state and federal court. Have consulted as testified as an expert in the standard for effective assistance of counsel in criminal defense.
