I am a bilingual customer service representative fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong background in case management and telephone banking. My professional experience includes working as a Case Manager and Mailroom Assistant at IEM, where I validated and organized applicant documentation, tracked cases, and managed general office tasks. Previously, I served as a Telephone Banking Consultant at Popular Inc., where I developed effective solutions to assist customers, promoted financial products, and maintained high service levels in a fast-paced call center environment. I pride myself on being highly organized, adaptable, and a fast learner, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various software tools. My ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service makes me a valuable asset in any professional setting. On the other hand, I'm also capable of working with community projects along with different types of groups thanks to my studies in social science. I've had the opportunity of working for communities in Loiza, Humacao and Rio Piedras developing community self-management tools to mobilize citizens to transform their reality based on their perceived needs. I am also a craftsman of indigenous instruments from traditional Puerto Rican music known as the bomba and the plena. This has given me the opportunity to become a cultural manager, developing projects that democratize access to resources that perpetuate our culture.More...
