Viticulture and Oenology under the tutelage of one of the world’s 422 Masters of Wine. After five years working under Marcus Ansems MW I moved to the south of France and have started my own artisanal winery, Bòria Bissio. My experience and expertise ranges from planting of new vineyards to world markets and global consumer trends.
