Joseph W. Sramaty is the Co-owner + Chief Operating Officer of Dancers Inc. He has been a performer, director, vocal coach, music director, technical director, production coordinator, producer, managing director, educator, and pianist throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania for the last 15 years. His repertoire includes musical theatre, sacred music, classical music, and opera. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Music Performance with a minor in British History from Stockton University. He trained under Dr. Beverly Vaughn and Ms. Joanne Gabriel. Select theatre credits include: High School Musical (Ryan), Little Shop of Horrors (Mr. Mushnik), Footloose (Reverend Moore) and Medley Series I & II (Featured Vocalist). His credits as Music Director include: Medley Series I & II, Paris ‘75, Frogs Re-Imagined, Ahab: A Musical Odyssey, The Color Purple Musical, Here’s Love (Miracle on 34th Street) and Broadway for the Holidays. Sramaty often workshops and guest-conducts choirs throughout the state. He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Music Program at Stockton University.
Outside of the Performing Arts, Sramaty is a successful Higher Education Administrator, most recently serving as Director of Academic Human Resources and Interim Assistant Vice President.
