I first started in customer service, whereabouts I would create a positive experience for anyone having issues with product and push them towards something better that would fit their needs. I’ve worked as a manager for a Midwest franchise store where I helped control money, analyzed performance of my employers. Managed a team, and overall you help with the moral and well being of the employee’s underneath yourself. I also worked in high end establishments working in hospitality.
My career in hospitality lead me to yachting and that’s where we are today. On my time being in the yachting industry I’ve understood even more of hospitality, and high end. During my time I’ve overseen day to day activities of employees underneath myself.
