Alaa started his career at Gulf International Bank in Bahrain as a Credit Analyst, responsible for a Middle Eastern debt portfolio in excess of $1.1 billion.
Alaa is a CFA charter holder since 2003 and a founding member of the Bahrain CFA Society. He is a member of the GCC Board Directors Institute since March 2024.
