Juliana Salazar is a distinguished freelancer renowned for her innovative contributions to her work as a Communications Specialist for the Avionics program at Central Washington University. With over four years of experience in a fast-paced environment with almost 3 years of that experience being in a managerial role, she was the first point of contact to keep communication between the university and the flight company, so all daily operations ran smoothly and efficiently. She was successful in developing customized scheduling systems for both companies and used creativity and innovation in her work to increase productivity for flight operations. Since her work at the university, Juliana has kept busy with almost a decade worth of continued education and courses to stay up-to-date on her known skills and learning a wide-range of new ones as she ventured through many roles to create her new image of becoming even more adaptable and well-rounded in this ever changing digital world we now live in.
She dedicated time and commitment to her roles as a full-time homemaker, furniture restorer and woodworker, Podcast Co-host, and her current work in educating herself with multiple online courses in business, media, and digital content creation as her start to gaining professional digital expertise for future positions and to succeed in launching her startup business in Cake Decoration.
