Now a realtor based in Los Angeles, Allison’s journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to community, culture, and social justice. She earned a B.A. Honors in Marketing and Communications from London Guildhall University. Allison began her professional journey in New York City in 2003 managing internationally acclaimed recording artists which laid the foundation for her future endeavors. After more than a decade in the Music industry, she transitioned to managing estates for high-net-worth individuals. This shift was driven by her deep interest in architecture and interior design. She moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and immersed herself in diverse neighborhoods, gaining a deep understanding of their dynamics and real estate markets. This firsthand knowledge has informed her work as a realtor and community leader, enabling her to better serve her clients and contribute positively to the communities she engages with. Allison has been involved in various initiatives and organizations that are committed to social justice, culture, and community. Through the initiative Culture Club South Bay (CCSB) she founded in 2020, Allison is actively working to provide youth from diverse backgrounds beach culture and other culture experiences in the South Bay. Her involvement with the Manhattan Beach City Bruce’s Beach Council T ask Force as first seat and its History Sub-Committee showcases her commitment to addressing historical injustices and creating positive change for marginalized communities and others. CCSB programming honors the legacy of Willa and Charles Bruce and their Black-owned beach lodge seized through eminent domain in the 1920s and all the African Americans who lost the opportunity to enjoy the Manhattan Beach shoreline community due to anti-Black racism.
