Eugenè is the Founder and Chairman of the CR Group of Companies. He studied Law at the UFS and completed his practicals at Symington and de Kok. Eugenè drafted the Debt Collectors Act and was part of the work done on the NCA, CPA and PoPIA.
He is a Registered Facilitator/Assessor at FASSET and Skills Programand Content Developer at ETDP SETA. Eugenè is also a qualified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator at ICM Mexico. He holds a Master Credit Executive designation from the American Creditors Association.
