Dr. Aveen Falah Mustafa is an accomplished Human Resources leader and business consultant with a proven record of driving organizational growth and transformation across corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as HR Director at Askandar Investment Company, she oversees the full spectrum of HR strategy, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
With a career spanning leadership roles in HR and consultancy, Dr. Mustafa has successfully managed large-scale recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives while advising senior executives on organizational development and restructuring.
