Over the last 15+ years, I’ve designed and led programs across two continents to help startups, students, and organizations unlock creativity, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
I’ve built my career at the intersection of innovation, program development, education, and ecosystem building. As Project Director for the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá, I led Ciempiés, the award-winning initiative that transformed safe school commutes for children and won the 2016 Bloomberg Mayors Challenge—recognition for bold ideas in public sector innovation.
I’ve consulted for organizations like Plan International and UNDP to design and facilitate innovation portfolios and sustainable development strategies in Colombia, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic.
Recently, I serve as Head of Program Development and Innovation at the European Innovation Academy, where I crafted inclusive, creativity-driven programs for startups, students, and universities worldwide.
My journey includes launching innovation centers, achieving Ashoka Changemaker Campus recognition, and collaborating with leading NGOs, universities, and consultancies to nurture global startup ecosystems where changemakers thrive.
