Organized community stakeholder focus groups to identify what kinds of activities would be of the most benefit and with the outcomes developed programming dedicated with the highest impact for the property and community. Counseled 23 Farmers Insurance agency owners across central Montana to provide guidance and assistance as agents develop their business plans. In addition, responsible to support new Acquisition, Seed and Retail program agents, helping these capitalized agents to be successful from day one.
