With a strong foundation in law and governance, I am a dual-qualified legal professional admitted to both the UK and Saint Lucian Bars. I hold a Certificate of Legal Standing from Nottingham Trent University (London) and a Master’s in Law, Governance, and Development from the Australian National University in Canberra. My current legal practice focuses on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate advisory services. I specialize in training financial institutions regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority and guiding non-state entities in alignment with CFATF guidelines.
Previously, I served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to the National Utilities Regulatory Commission (Saint Lucia), where I provided legal counsel on regulatory frameworks and led the development of internal policies. I was appointed Director of the Water and Sewerage Company Inc. (WASCO) from 2020–2021, where I chaired the Governance Committee and oversaw major infrastructure projects.
