Project: Implement D365 F&O
Role: Sr. Supply Chain Consultant
• Tasked with designing the manufacturing systems for large transaction volume plants in South America. These are textile and sewing plants with a total of 7500 employees.
• Work directly with internal customer resources on migrating existing BOM and Route data using standard D365 data management tools.
• Currently assisting internal resources on a part-time basis with an implementation they manage themselves.
Customer: North American cosmetic manufacturer
Project: Implement D365 F&O
Role: Sr. Supply Chain Consultant
• In charge of designing and implementing the manufacturing and warehouse processes as well as the production planning and scheduling.
• Implemented D365 Quality control system closely integrated with the manufacturing process and external existing quality management tools.
• Helped the customer go live on D365 within 15 months.
Customer: Global NGO with operations in 75+ countries, focusing on distribution of religious materials, apparel, and goods Project: Upgrade to D365 ERP as well as new D365 POS implementation for some of the locations
Role: Sr. Supply Chain & Retail Consultant
• Configured POS stores to work with local warehouses by country/region as well as direct deliveries from the main distribution center in the US.
• Research and configure system to work with local laws and regulations, for example Brazil and Southeast Africa.
• Helped customer to roll out D365 POS system quickly with up to 3 stores per week for a total of 89 stores structured in separate legal entities.
Customer: Large international fashion manufacturer and retailer
Project: Implement D365 ERP and EDI system
Role: Lead Supply Chain Consultant
• Handled a challenging EDI integration for both domestic and international 3PL warehouse transactions.
