As Belize is a developing nation she has had to enhance and utilize her other talents in order to start such an endeavour, during COVID to ensure its very survival! She ha an online tutoring company, writes and is published in magazines and sites targeted to those living or planning on moving to the Caribbean. Throughout her entire career Ms. Ion-Sutherland has freelanced as an editor and copywriter in academia as well as advertising.
Due to the nature of her startup she has educated herself in the area of social media marketing. She recently, reached the milestone of reaching 1.7 million new viewers for her own business as well as anywhere between 10-40k followers on various platforms within short time frames for businesses utilizing her remarkable skills.
