Brooke Abbott Abron is a health equity strategist, nonprofit founder, and award-winning advocate amplifying the voices of patients and mothers in healthcare policy. She is the founder of IBDMoms and The Crazy Creole Mommy Life, Inc., where she leads national advocacy initiatives and strategic partnerships with organizations such as the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, The Digestive Disease National Coalition (DDNC), Association of Black Gastroenterologist and Hepatologists (ABGH), and Color of GI (COGI).
Brooke has served as an advisor to Pfizer, AbbVie, and Janssen, and sits on the advisory boards of HealtheVoices and the IBD Social Circle. Her work has been featured in Time, Women’s Health, Prevention, and Everyday Health.
An alum of UC Santa Barbara, East LA College, and Queen Mary University of London, she is also a California Pathway to Law scholar and a proud member of Tau Sigma and Phi Alpha Delta.
