Manoj Khettry serves as the MLS Next Director at Cincinnati United Soccer Club, where he spearheads the development of young soccer talent, ensuring a seamless transition to professional levels. MLS Next is the highest developmental league for boys in the US. With over 15 years of experience in youth sports management and 18 years+ in the college Division 1 environment, Manoj has a proven track record of fostering innovative training programs that have consistently produced top-tier athletes. His leadership has been instrumental in Cincinnati United's recognition as a leading hub for nurturing soccer excellence in the Midwest. Manoj holds a Master's degree in Spanish and an BA in English Language and Literature and is passionate about teaching and leveraging community engagement to elevate the club's impact both on and off the field. Manoj also has experience teaching Spanish for beginners at Miami University of Ohio from 1989-1994. Manoj also taught English to native Spanish speakers in Mexico from 1988-1989.
