For years, I shaped my path around corporate expectations, believing success was a destination. I built a solid career—graduated in Advertising, earned a postgraduate degree, and climbed the ladder in renowned companies. Eventually, I became a Sales Manager at Heineken, living what many would call a “dream career.”
But at 25, something shifted. I realized I was disconnected—from myself, from others, and from the natural rhythms of life. I was stuck in a never-ending summer of productivity, with no room for rest, reflection, or renewal.
Reconnecting with the natural world helped me rediscover my inner seasons. I embraced my autumns and winters—the endings, the questions—and found a new spring inside me. I began living with more truth, purpose, and presence.

I’m the founder of *Children of the Universe*, a global collective that has hosted over 35 transformational festivals across 8 countries. I also write a weekly newsletter, *Segundas Intenções*, with 300+ readers, sharing reflections on courage, freedom, and emotional honesty.
My purpose is to inspire others to reconnect with their own nature and trust the wisdom of their inner cycles. I dream of building a community where we can heal, grow, and live more authentically—together.
Because reconnecting with nature begins by remembering we are nature.More...
