Ray Lens is a versatile finance professional with a strong foundation in healthcare M&A and a sharp eye for emerging technologies. He began his career on the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Raymond James, where he advised on complex M&A transactions across the specialty and generic pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical services, and life sciences sectors. His experience includes detailed financial modeling, valuation, and strategic buyer analysis.
Currently, Ray serves as a Venture Associate at Cherry Street Capital, where he evaluates early-stage investments across digital infrastructure, fintech, and decentralized finance. He also acts as the COO of one of the fund’s portfolio companies, where he leads financial strategy, capital allocation, and go-to-market initiatives. Ray brings a unique blend of institutional transaction experience and startup execution to every role he takes on.
