I was an art teacher at two different high schools in Charlotte, NC for for a total of 35 years specializing in Fine Craft. My students annually participated in The Scholastic Art Awards Competition and won numerous awards on the regional and national levels. I was on the Teacher Advisory Committee for the Mint Museum of Craft and Design and contributed a chapter on wire jewelry in an art textbook.
