Over the 10 years I have worked across manufacturing, clinical trials, supplements, and recovery & wellness - managing everything from global vendor networks to demand planning, 3PL relationships, and inventory strategy. Most recently, I led supply chain and operations at The Pod Company, where I had full P&L-level ownership of the function: balancing service levels against cost, building the annual demand plan from scratch, and managing the full supplier lifecycle.
Before that, at Happy Mammoth, I built the supply chain infrastructure from the ground up - designing KPI dashboards, logistics strategy, and cross-functional project planning processes for a fast-growing D2C brand.
What I've learned across all of it: most e-com brands don't have a supply chain problem - they have a systems and visibility problem. That's what I fix.
