I have been part of Ceva Animal Health since 2009. As the Vaccination Services and Equipment (VSE) Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, I am responsible for driving advancements in service delivery to the poultry industry, ensuring we remain leaders in innovation and excellence.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working on multiple impactful projects. These include collaborations with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the design and construction of hatcheries across Africa to advance the poultry industry with a strong focus on biosecurity, and leading Ceva’s sustainability and animal welfare working groups. These initiatives focus on creating sustainable solutions for the future and maintaining our leadership in animal welfare standards. Additionally, I was the project lead in developing an innovative application to measure and improve KPIs for Layer and Breeder flocks, contributing to efficiency and performance improvements across the industry.
In addition to technical and strategic responsibilities, I manage the VSE budget, including forecasting and financial oversight. Through careful planning, resource optimization, and disciplined cost management, I have consistently delivered services while remaining under budget year after year. This financial prudence has allowed me to allocate resources effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes without compromising operational efficiency.
With expertise in vaccination strategies, equipment, KPI improvements, hatchery design, and financial management, I strive to bring strategic vision and innovative thinking to every challenge. I take pride in fostering respect, loyalty, and collaboration within my teams and contributing to Ceva’s ongoing success in the global animal health industry.More...
