Research investigates the activation, expansion, and functional reprogramming of CD8⁺ T cells in the context of chronic viral infections and immunotherapeutic strategies. Extensive experience working with human PBMCs, antigen-specific stimulation models, cytokine-driven expansion (IL-2, IL-7, IL-15), and in vitro modulation using small-molecule inhibitors.
My work integrates cellular immunology, functional assays, and mechanistic studies of transcriptional regulators to better understand T cell differentiation and effector function.
