Personal Vision Statement: A passion for being of service fueled by personal/professional development and making a positive impact in a leadership role.
Curiosity, being of service, innovation, and continuous learning and growth are some of the core values that have guided my journey over the past 20 years.
I have had the privilege of working and making a difference in a number of areas, such as health and social services, natural resources, and centralized services, as a cross-functional team leader, change leader, business process expert, business analyst, project manager, advisor, and mentor (currently with BestHuman).
I have loved working with not-for-profits such as Island Women in Science and Technology and connecting with women in the STEM space, the start-up world, and local companies committed to increasing diversity, inclusion, and belonging. I am a mental health advocate and currently serve as Vice Chair at Connections Place, a community-based mental health center.
I welcome the opportunity to collaborate on environmentally, socially, culturally, and heart-centered projects where I can leverage a brain without borders and a diverse skill set accrued over the past 20 years. From the big picture down to the weeds I take a person-centered, systems-based approach to problem solving and collaboration that remains flexible, agile, and responsive to an ever changing environment. Please connect if you would like to collaborate or have a conversation virtually or in person 👏
