CORPORATE LEARNING SPECIALIST - STRATEGY, DESIGN AND INNOVATION I have a degree in Performing Arts from UNICAMP, an MBA in Cultural Assets: Culture, Economy and Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and training complemented by courses such as Working with Complexity, at Schumacher College (England), and Master in Learning Arches Design, held in Brazil by the Danish school Kaospilot. I've been involved in innovation and design initiatives linked to knowledge dynamics for 20 years. I have worked in various sectors in my career, at the Ministry of Culture, TV Cultura and the São Paulo Municipal Department of Education, as well as at the NGO Cenpec. I specialized in corporate education and organizational learning; I worked directly in the Human Resources area at Banco Santander; I was the Custom Programs manager at ISE Business School (associated with IESE in Spain); I coordinated the postgraduate course in Strategic Design and Innovation at the Istituto Europeo di Design in São Paulo. Since 2018, I have been a learning consultant on highly complex projects in various sectors, such as banking, technology, industry, consumer goods, among others. As a speaker, I have worked in organizations as diverse as the Federal Supreme Court, the Central Bank of Brazil, ArcelorMittal, Sicredi, Sanofi and the São Paulo Metro, among many others. I co-authored, with Alexandre Santille, the article “The learning culture on the CEO's agenda”, published in Harvard Business Review Brasil. I have written for Fast Company Brasil, Você RH and Carta Capital magazine. I am part of the creation of Escola Sem Fim, an experimental art and learning project.
