I built and led high-performance teams of engineers, architects, and analysts, establishing best practices for incident management, capacity planning, and 24×7 support models. Under my leadership, these teams delivered major digital transformation initiatives—large-scale migrations to hybrid-multi-cloud environments, the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and the rollout of observability platforms (Datadog, ELK, Grafana)—all of which improved service reliability and accelerated time-to-market.
