About Me
I’m a highly driven and adaptable professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across project management, disability support, and business leadership.
My career began in my family’s civil landscaping business, where I worked my way up from labourer to managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects by the age of 24. Seeking more purpose-driven work, I transitioned into the disability sector, where I quickly progressed from support worker to senior staff member and vocational skills program developer.
Now in my early 30s, I’m the founder of Caring Care, a growing disability support organisation focused on person-centred, community-driven services. As someone with lived experience of autism, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to everything I do—from leading teams to designing programs that empower others.
Outside of work, I’m a husband of 10 years and a proud parent of two. I believe in honest leadership, long-term thinking, and providing meaningful contributions within a team.More...
