Oversee all aspects of a 100+ unit trucking company, including dispatch, operations, route planning, safety and compliance, maintenance, accounting, recruiting, IT/Database systems, all state registration and IFTA requirements, customer support and sales, primary point of contact for customer planners and trackers, spot market load negotiations and consistent communication with freight brokers. Single point of contact for all after hours issues and emergencies. Successfully lower all CSA scores to below threshold and continually trend down for multiple years. Establish and maintain customer EDI integration with telematics systems. Streamline and oversee maintenance operations including inventory, parts sourcing, maintenance monitoring, repair planning, crisis/breakdown response. Process all accidents, insurance claims and legal claims. Maintain all DOT required accident, maintenance and driver records.
