Over a decade in the medical device space educating physicians, staff, and med device reps in the appropriate use of medical devices in an array of departments in hospitals around the country. My experiences in the Navy and fifteen-year career as a nurse in Emergency Medicine, Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology taught me to work with individuals from various backgrounds. I have experience creating curriculum to train and develop sales and clinical representatives in the ever-changing environment of a medical device start up through product trials and launches. In addition to managing & executing internal curriculum, I have managed the onboarding of new hires and also integral to transitioning my organization through acquisition.
