I work full time as an Internal Medicine Consultant at CCBR Clinical Excellence, a private multi-
specialty clinic with 20 beds and ~200 patients monthly, where I practise independently and
manage the full spectrum of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions across
cardiometabolic, respiratory, gastrointestinal, renal, endocrine, infectious and rheumatologic
disease.
I oversee the entire patient pathway—from initial assessment and differential diagnosis to ordering
and interpreting investigations, formulating evidence-based treatment plans, and arranging follow-
up or hospital admission when needed.
I perform advanced diagnostic procedures, including abdominal, thyroid and vascular;
transthoracic echocardiography; 12-lead ECG interpretation; Holter and ABPM analysis; as well as
phlebotomy, peripheral and ultrasound-guided IV cannulation, and point-of-care ultrasound for
urgent decision-making.
I coordinate multidisciplinary management with cardiology, radiology, surgery, infectious diseases,
endocrinology, physiotherapy and nutrition teams, and contribute to audits, quality-improvement
protocols, antimicrobial stewardship and medication-safety programmes.
I also supervise junior doctors and ultrasound trainees, participate in case-based teaching and
M&M meetings, and maintain additional experience in home-based Internal Medicine care through
