responsible for overseeing a midsize downtown San Diego asset valued over $25 million, that
translates $3.5 million in annual NOI which includes a medical office, multiple retail & 242
residential units. My work focused on improving asset performance through strategic leasing,
cost management, and regular market analysis, which consistently resulted in increased
turnover & retention, occupancy rates, improved tenant satisfaction, and enhanced property
values.
Some of my key achievements include reducing vacancy rates, improving NOI, or successfully
executing a property sale. Additionally, I am skilled in conducting property valuations, financial
modeling, and managing capital improvement projects, all while ensuring compliance with local
