With over 15 years of experience in different sectors, Vicente has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering sustainable partnerships. He has experience in launching operations within the fast-food industry, covering staff recruitment and training, equipment installation and commissioning, as well as production control procedures, development of local suppliers, and sales. In addition, he has expertise in the financial area, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements. In the commercial field, he has experience in serving industrial clients, achieving market share growth while maintaining product leadership. Furthermore, he has advised companies in operational management and has over 10 years of teaching experience in operations courses at universities in Guatemala. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rafael Landivar University of Guatemala and a Chemical Industrial Engineer degree from the Rafael Landivar University of Guatemala.
