For the past 30 years I have worked across three main sectors – Public, 3rd and Private. To date, my career encompasses experience, skills and knowledge acquired as an Assistant Headteacher; a change-manager, strategist, coach and trainer within the HR and Learning & Development departments of 3 charities; a Senior Leader / Assistant to the Headteacher, specialist advisor and class teacher for an Academy Trust; and a quality assurance engineer for a civil engineering consultancy. Learning and development; enabling & supportively challenging aspirations; and communicating ideas have been central in all aspects of my career history, and in my voluntary work. I have a proven track record with respect to leadership and vision that includes strategic organisational development; creating positive workplace culture; change-management; project management; promoting digital learning; and coaching and mentoring in a range of settings ranging from business to personal development. Committed, determined and tenacious, I thrive as a problem-solver, rise to a challenge and I am solutions-orientated. I have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a flexible approach and work well under pressure. I enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. I am committed to producing high-quality work and delivering effective results and service for stakeholders and customers.
