I’m Carolina Poch. Designer, strategist and consultant in branding and UX/UI.
For more than 13 years I have been creating brands and digital experiences that drive business, build connection and create meaningful change. I use design as a business driver: purposeful, directional and conversion-minded, supported by AI as a practical enabler.
I was born in Colombia, trained in Barcelona and Milan, and have worked in Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy with award-winning agencies and brands such as Porsche, Siemens, Lufthansa and Red Bull. I have led remote, multicultural teams and I believe design has no passport. The best ideas appear where there is clarity of direction and real collaboration.
Today I work as a freelancer and as the founder of &Bunt, a digital studio where strategy meets creativity and data meets empathy. Through &Bunt I unite Latin energy with European know-how and a global perspective, supported by a trusted network of specialists and AI-powered tools.
