Cost and pricing manager at Voith Paper company. During 8 years I help the team to map the processes inside company to review and define new standards to implement SAP. During this time was possible to identify opportunies to reduce costs of products, reduce costs of manufacturing and also logistic costs, aiming better Ebitda for the company for the years that follow. After this job I start at Consultant company that works with stressed companies that needed a Turnaround work that was able to transform the actions (commercial, supply, manufacturing, financial, marketing and others) to better EBITDA results in order to keep the Cash Flow surplus able to pay the mounths loans and passive with suppliers.
Achievments:
1 Case) After 2 years at a Rubber company we was able to reduce 20% cost energy at factory saving 1 MM/year and with suppliers and banks renegociation the cash flow turned surplus, giving the company the capacity to invest at Capex.
2 Case ) At furniture maker I was able to reorganize the factory in order they improve 15% of production reducing unnecessary stops. With the cash flow reorganization the company was able to reduce finantial interrest costs, allowing better EBITDA and Profits.
3 Case) After better understanding of Stock components at an Agribusiness company, we´re able to suggest the CEO to change de Sales Mix (obtaining a 40% reduction of costs) and allowing the company focus on the equipments they are experts.
