Working in primary/elementary schools for over twenty years, I've enjoyed taking on additional responsibilities including curriculum and assessment lead, pastoral lead, and am currently in the role of deputy director and DSL, overseeing wellbeing and safeguarding in the school. I've delivered trainings on safeguarding, wellbeing, and curriculum and assessment, and have designed school assessment programs, a school performance management system, and led curriculum teams.
Currently, I provide workshops for parents and staff on safeguarding and wellbeing, as well as community programs, as well as safeguarding workshops for our associated schools.
With regular level 3 safeguarding and child protection training, and completion of senior mental health lead certification, I'm currently designing a wellbeing curriculum that will blend UK national curriculum with 21st century skills and additional wellbeing content.
